TEXAS FOOTBALL POSTSEASON INFORMATION
The Texas Longhorns have officially clinched a spot in the postseason! Longhorn Foundation members with Texas Football season tickets can now request priority tickets for College Football Playoff (CFP) games and for the SEC Championship, should Texas qualify to play.
Please Note: Longhorn Foundation members must be at the Tradition level ($1,500+) or higher to request CFP and/or SEC Championship tickets.
Requesting tickets DOES NOT guarantee fulfillment as all requests will be filled in loyalty points rank order within priority limits based on your annual gift.

Longhorn Excellence gifts are 100% tax deductible and earn you 5 loyalty points per $100. These gifts are above and beyond seat related gifts, are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Postseason tickets are allocated in loyalty point rank order meaning the higher your rank, the better your seat location.

*Please Note: If you make a gift to increase your membership level and your postseason ticket priority limits, you must call the Longhorn Foundation at 512-471-4439 and request your additional tickets over the phone prior to the deadline. Tickets are limited and making an additional Longhorn Excellence contribution does not guarantee ticket allocation.

LOYALTY POINTS
What are Loyalty Points and how does Texas Athletics allocate tickets?
The Loyalty Point System is used to reward Longhorn Foundation members and season ticket holders for their loyalty and commitment to Texas Athletics. Loyalty Points are used to determine various processes such as:
- Priority ranking for season ticket seat and parking selection and upgrades for all sports
- Seat selection appointment times for the Allstate Red River Rivalry Selection
- Seat allocation for football away and postseason games for all sports
Please note: Certain benefits activate with purchase of season tickets in specific sports
Important Items to Note:
- We allocate tickets in Loyalty Point Rank order, which honors lifetime giving to Texas Athletics. Someone may have a higher annual membership level than you, but if you have more loyalty points you are allocated before them!
- The number of season tickets you have does not determine the number of away game, Allstate Red River, or postseason tickets you receive. Ticket limits for these games are based on your annual membership level.
- For the 2024 Football Season, we had over 16,000 season ticket holders who were Longhorn Foundation members. When we allocate tickets for football away and postseason games, your loyalty point rank is compared to other season ticket holders.
- Accounts included in our Loyalty Point Ranking System include: Student Members, Big Ticket Buyers (16,000), Accounts with Season Tickets, and Longhorn Foundation members without season tickets.
- 40,000+ comprise our total number of accounts with Loyalty Points (active and inactive)
